We do not serve breakfast at Vik Pensjonat. Breakfast for our guests is served at Eidfjord Hotel, Lægreidsvegen 7, approximately a five-minute walk from Vik.
Booked with breakfast?
Check your booking confirmation to see what your rate includes. If breakfast is included, a breakfast voucher is placed in your room. Take it to Eidfjord Hotel and show it at breakfast. Contact us if your voucher is missing.
Cabins & stays without breakfast
Breakfast is not included in cabin stays. When Eidfjord Hotel offers breakfast service, you can purchase it separately: NOK 220 per adult and NOK 90 per child up to age 12, per day. Contact us to arrange it.
Times & season
For the 2027 season: 07:30–10:00, when Eidfjord Hotel is open. Breakfast is unavailable for Vik cabin guests from 27 September 2026 to May 2027. Follow the information in your confirmation and voucher for your stay.

What is open in winter?
From 27 September 2026 to May 2027, only cabins are open. Rooms and apartments are closed. Reception is closed; arrivals use self check-in, without breakfast service.
Where is breakfast served, and is it included?
We do not serve breakfast at Vik. Breakfast is at Eidfjord Hotel, Lægreidsvegen 7, about a five-minute walk away. If your booking includes breakfast, take the voucher placed in your room to the hotel. Cabin stays do not include breakfast. See the breakfast section above for prices, season and serving times.
Are there stairs?
Yes. All guesthouse rooms are reached by stairs. Both cabin types have two floors linked by internal stairs. Contact us about access needs before booking.
Does the guesthouse operate the café and restaurant?
No. Vik Café & Bakeri is operated separately. For opening hours, menus and tables, contact +47 975 71 827 or vik.cafe.restaurant@gmail.com.
Can we bring a dog to the cabin?
Dogs in cabins incur a NOK 500 cleaning fee. Include your dog when booking and check the chosen unit’s terms.
