Short answers your team can pass on before the trip. The confirmation for each reservation remains the source for its specific rate and terms.
Where is breakfast served?
Breakfast for rooms and apartments is served at nearby Eidfjord Hotel with a voucher when it is open. Cabin stays do not include breakfast. There is no breakfast in the 2026–27 low season.
Can guests bring a pet?
Pets may be accepted in cabins with an additional cleaning fee. Mention the number of pets in the enquiry so the correct unit and fee can be confirmed. Pets are not offered in guesthouse rooms or apartments.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Guests receive arrival instructions before their stay. In the low season, cabins use self check-in and the reception is closed.
How do agency invoices and cancellations work?
Give us your company and invoice details when requesting the booking. The offer or confirmation specifies the payment deadline and cancellation policy that apply to the reservation.
Is the café operated by Vik Pensjonat?
Vik Café & Bakeri is independently operated. Contact the café directly for its current menu, opening times and group dining arrangements.
